At CoPlanner, we craft personalised travel itineraries tailored specifically to your preferences. Because our planners begin working on your itinerary shortly after you submit your request, our refund eligibility is time-sensitive. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
By submitting a travel planning request on CoPlanner, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation Window
Refund eligibility based on when you cancel
Full Refund (100%)
Cancel within 2 hours of submitting your travel planning request. No questions asked.
Partial Refund (50%)
Cancel after 2 hours but before your itinerary is delivered. We will refund 50% of the amount paid, as our planners will have already invested time in your trip.
No Refund
Once your personalised itinerary has been delivered, we are unable to process a refund. This applies regardless of whether the itinerary has been opened or downloaded.
How to Request a Cancellation
Follow these steps to initiate your cancellation

Send an email to support@coplanner.in with the subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Your Order ID]".

Include your Order ID
Your Order ID can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after your submission. We need this to locate your request quickly.

Provide your reason (optional)
While not mandatory, sharing why you are cancelling helps us improve our service.

Await confirmation
Our team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 4 business hours and initiate the refund process if eligible.

Refund Timeline
When to expect your money back
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If CoPlanner is unable to deliver your itinerary within the promised timeframe due to reasons on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

If the itinerary delivered is significantly different from the preferences you submitted, please contact us within 48 hours for a review and resolution.

In cases of technical errors causing duplicate payments, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full regardless of delivery status.
