Getting Started
How does CoPlanner work?expand_more
You answer a short set of questions about your destination, travel dates, group size, budget, and preferences. A real human planner from our team then crafts a personalised day-by-day itinerary tailored specifically to you — no generic templates, no AI hallucinations.
How long does it take to receive my itinerary?expand_more
We deliver every itinerary within 48 hours of your submission. During peak seasons (October–February, May–June) it may occasionally take up to 60 hours. You'll receive an email notification the moment your plan is ready.
Do I need to create an account?expand_more
No account is needed to submit a request. We use your email address to send you your itinerary and any follow-up questions our planner may have. If you'd like to save and revisit past itineraries, you can sign in via a magic link — no password required.
Your Itinerary
Can I request changes after receiving my itinerary?expand_more
Yes. Every itinerary comes with one free revision round. Simply reply to the delivery email describing what you'd like adjusted — a different hotel tier, more relaxed pacing, or a completely swapped day — and your planner will update it within 24 hours.
What format is the itinerary delivered in?expand_more
You'll receive a structured day-by-day plan in a clean, shareable web view. It includes timings, place descriptions, travel distances, estimated costs, booking links where available, and local tips from your planner. A PDF export is also available.
Does CoPlanner make bookings on my behalf?expand_more
Not yet — CoPlanner currently provides planning and recommendations. Booking links are included in your itinerary so you can confirm everything directly. End-to-end booking is on our roadmap for later this year.
Payments
Is CoPlanner free to use?expand_more
Our current early-access tier is completely free. We're building toward a paid plan with premium features (rush delivery, multiple revision rounds, concierge booking), but early users will always receive a generous free tier.
What payment methods do you accept?expand_more
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking via Razorpay. International cards are supported for travellers visiting India.
Is my payment information secure?expand_more
All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. CoPlanner never stores your card details. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
Account & Login
How do I log in to CoPlanner?expand_more
We use passwordless magic-link login. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure one-time link. Click it and you're in — no password to remember or reset.
What is a magic link?expand_more
A magic link is a one-time, time-limited URL sent to your email. Clicking it verifies your identity and signs you in automatically. The link expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once, making it more secure than a traditional password.
How do I delete my account or data?expand_more
Email us at support@coplanner.in with the subject 'Delete my account' from your registered address. We'll permanently remove all your data within 7 business days in compliance with India's DPDP Act.
